In 2022, two trajectories converged through French Tech and Belgian Tech — a complementary duo united by the myIKKI conviction.

Co-founder · Tech & artificial intelligence

An expert in AI and technology, Guillaume set out to build tools that amplify human capabilities rather than replace them. He believes technology should serve impact — not the other way around.

Geremino

Co-founder · Coaching & business

Drawing on years of experience in professional coaching, Geremino saw that coaches were spending too much time on administrative tasks at the expense of real human connection. He wanted to give them back time for what truly matters.

The founding

Chirone Tech is established with a clear goal: build useful, concrete technology in service of employment and HR transformation.

2023

R&D & field validation

The myIKKI adventure begins in earnest. Interviews with job coaches, welfare beneficiaries and public institutions. Business model development and first pitches. Supported by the IDEA programme.

POCIDEAField

2024

Acceleration & recognition

The POC is finalised. myIKKI is selected for leading programmes and receives its first formal recognitions. First freemium users and early concrete feedback.

2025

First clients & commercialisation

myIKKI moves from tested product to sold product. First real clients, a signed agreement with a Regional Employment Mission and an outplacement firm. The team takes shape.
